About Blake Delgado
Blake has been a high producing salesperson for Newbridge Real Estate since 1992 helping families with their real estate finance and purchasing needs. He has an extensive network of clients that he has built over his 40 year career in southern California. He is known for his creative drive and ability to arrange the most cost-effective scenarios for his clients.
Personal Bio
Born and raised in Southern California, I grew up in the San Fernando Valley. I began my career in real estate and finance in 1986, after working in the motion picture industry right after graduating high school, following in the family’s footsteps. I started in Commercial Real Estate at the young age of 26 and transitioned into the Mortgage Industry in 1993. I have earned RocketPro Mortgages Pinnacle Award 2 years in a row, in 2020 and 2021, for achieving the Top 10% of all mortgage loan originators in the nation.
I’ve been married for 42 years to my beautiful & amazing high school sweetheart and partner, Margot, who was a 2nd grade schoolteacher for 27 years. Margot’s passion is and has always been family, children and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I owe all my success to her relentless support and dedication to me and our family.
We are blessed with three wonderful children. Preston, who is a retired Los Angeles County Fireman and father of 3 (Dawson, Porter and Chase) with his wife Chelsea. Quinn, who is a financial advisor and father of 2 (Maverick and Stetson) with his wife Carly, and Whitney who is a mother of twins (Lee and Blake) with her husband Josh. Preston, Quinn and Whitney played water polo in college. Preston went on to become a Fireman after graduating from Cal Lutheran University. After graduating from Pepperdine University, Quinn went on to become a teacher and head water polo coach for Crespi High School in Encino for 7 years until transitioning into finance where he now manages 401K’s for large companies nationally. After a very successful college career playing water polo at Loyola Marymount University on a full scholarship where Whitney held several records, became a 2-time Division 1 All-American and a USA Women’s Water Polo Champion and MVP, Whitney has been enjoying a career as a Flight Assistant for Virgin America, now Alaska Airlines. We are all consumed with family, work and more family. Our family completed our master plan with a total of 27 family members currently living within a 30 minute drive of each other.
When not in the office, I’m with family, playing drums at venues throughout 5 counties with my band almost every weekend, playing golf with family, and hanging with my family.
I really enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their home ownership and financial goals. It is extremely satisfying and rewarding!
