Quickly promoted to senior manager and was responsible for: optimizing valuation, acquisitions, investor relations, development, sales, leasing, finance, bank relationships, legal relationships, site improvements, insurance, accounting, team management.

Director of Rotary International District 5240 – RYLA Event – 2003 to Present I have overseen an annual leadership retreat for 240 teenagers over a 4-day period. Raise funds annually so that there is no cost to the students, train all volunteers and instructors, screen volunteer candidates, manage all accounting and vendor management.
President of the Board of Directors for Manna Food Distribution – 2018 to Present Volunteer, coordinate and collaborate with executive staff and board members to ensure that the mission of fighting food insecurity in the Conejo Valley is maintained with a focus increasing capacity and evolving with the community to be a relevant and viable non-profit organization.
